Job summary

River Valley Counseling Center, Inc. is seeking In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinicians to deliver in-home therapeutic services for children and families across home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes assessments, family therapy, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology or social work.
• License-eligible (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and MA-CANS certified (or able to obtain upon hire).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience with in-home therapy or family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services, family and collateral consultation.
• Complete comprehensive assessments (CANS) with interpretive summaries and treatment recommendations.
• Provide family therapy, crisis intervention, risk management, and care coordination.
• Maintain a direct service productivity of 70% of available time.
• Write progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery and develop safety plans.
