Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed-minded In-Home Therapist to join our growing team. The IHT delivers structured, strength-based therapy in a youth's home to address behavioral needs and family dynamics.

Ideal candidates are Master's level clinicians with at least 1 year of experience working with children and families. We offer supervision for licensure, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings is highly desirable.
Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum desirable.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for behavior-related youth needs.
Deliver clinical services to children and families based on individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support youth outcomes.
