Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs in Needham, MA is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide community-based and in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. The clinician delivers strength-based individual and family therapy, conducts assessments, and supports care coordination across home, school, and community settings.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a team to promote safety and progress.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or obtain independent licensure within 2 years of full-time employment.
• Experience working therapeutically with children and families.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of background checks and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based and in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop/update treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and consults as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation.
• Attend weekly supervision and team meetings to ensure adherence to treatment goals.
