Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs LLC is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide community-based and in-home therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families in Needham, MA. The role emphasizes strength-based therapy, comprehensive assessments, and care coordination across home, school, and community settings.

You will work with a bachelor’s level team member to implement treatment plans, promote stabilization, and help youth remain safe in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field is required.
• Experience delivering therapy to children/adolescents and families is required.
• Experience with strength-based assessment and treatment planning.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and update treatment plans regularly.
• Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and consultations as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision and meetings.
• Ensure services comply with privacy and safety standards and insurance authorizations.
