Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs is seeking an In-Home Therapist to deliver strength-based individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Boston-area communities. You will conduct assessments, provide crisis support, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and progress across home, school, and community settings, with weekly supervision and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Preferred: independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or licensure within 2 years of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based individual and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and periodic reassessments.
• Offer care coordination and crisis support.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans with youth and family.
• Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
