Job summary

Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide community-based and in-home therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families in Massachusetts. The clinician delivers strength-based individual and family therapy, conducts assessments, and offers care coordination and crisis support to improve family functioning and youth well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based individual and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and updates.
• Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and specialist consultations.
• Maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation.
• Meet weekly productivity expectations.
