Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs in Needham, MA, seeks an In-Home Therapist to deliver strength-based therapy to children and families across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or obtain independent licensure within 2 years of full-time employment.
• Experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents and their families.
• Experience with strength-based assessment and development of treatment plans based on clear clinical formulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strength-based individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and regular reassessments.
• Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and school/community supports as clinically indicated.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with youth, family, and care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings.

Formation

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field

LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure or independent licensure within 2 years
