Families First of Florida is hiring for outpatient master’s level mental health professionals/therapists to provide in-person and in-home therapy services within Hillsborough County. This contracted, full-time position offers a $60K annual cap based on a full-time caseload and a $40 billable hour rate, with flexibility to grow a client base and to complete documentation from home.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related human services field,

Qualificações

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education or a related human services field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with children and adults with behavioral health issues preferred.
• Level 2 FDLE background screen is required.
• Carry professional liability coverage ($1M/$3M).
• Bilingual helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family outpatient therapy to children and adults.
• Conduct in-home therapy sessions within Hillsborough County.
• Complete documentation and billing from home when possible.
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team to ensure evidence-based practice.
