Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our Massachusetts team for in-home therapy, delivering structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to help youth with behavioral needs. We offer a supportive environment with supervision for licensure and growth opportunities.

Full-time roles with competitive compensation include a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months and a fee-for-service option.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders in children; autism spectrum knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Access to a laptop and high-speed internet for FFS positions.
• Access to reliable internet for full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Address youth behavioral needs with family involvement and supervision.
• Collaborate with families and schools to support treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.

In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
