Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in‑home experiences. You’ll connect with customers, conduct hands‑on demos, assess Wi‑Fi needs, and ensure tech delivery while driving sales in assigned areas.

Prior sales in commissions, strong negotiation, and a valid driver's license are valued as you work with scheduled appointments, including evenings and weekends. Training provided, with uncapped earning potential up to six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills to close deals.
• Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle provided for business use.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Paid training to set you up for field independence.
• Engage with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to close sales and upsell where appropriate.
