Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge: basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols.

• Transportation: reliable transportation with current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home and community setting.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal prep, cooking, cleaning, personal care.
• Transport the client to appointments and run errands.
• Plan and organize daily schedule; document in electronic health system.
