Job summary

PALS Ohio, LLC. is seeking an In-Home Care Specialist to provide hands-on support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will implement individualized service plans, assist with daily living, and help develop independent living skills while maintaining safety and confidentiality. A valid Ohio driver’s license and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Current Ohio Driver's License with acceptable driving record is required.
• Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and provide responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate in a positive and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide transportation as needed.
• Supervise and assist individuals in daily living and activities.
• Documentation, including transportation, billing and program records.
