Job summary

PALS OHIO LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Evening Shifts In-Home Care Specialist in Ohio. The role involves direct support, supervision, and hands-on assistance to adults with disabilities, following individual service plans. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
1+ year of healthcare experience or working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Valid Ohio driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision and hands-on assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
Perform homemaker and personal care tasks per Individuals Service Plans.
Document transportation, billing, and program activities accurately.
Maintain safety, mobility, and daily living skills support for individuals served.
Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
