• A valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain prior to employment.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

• Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to spend evenings and weekends caring for clients with dignity, patience and compassion.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Assistance – Help clients with day-to-day activities like meals, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry and monitoring vitals.
• Companionship – Join clients in activities and accompany them to events outside the home.
• Community Building – Communicate with family and staff about concerns or challenges to ensure safety and well-being.
