Job summary

Help at Home is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist seniors and people with disabilities in their homes in Missouri. You’ll work 1-on-1 with clients, providing in-home help, companionship, and community engagement to improve quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay starting at $17 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before employment.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities
