Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary).
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social/community activities and goal achievement.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress; communicate with team for quality support.
