Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with community goals as written in their plan of care.
• Supports provided in the participant's residence or in community settings (including, but not limited to, libraries, city pools, camps, etc.).
