Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home care to seniors and people with disabilities in Fulton, Missouri. You will work 1-on-1 with clients, assisting with daily activities, companionship, and community involvement to improve quality of life.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, transportation, and a compassionate, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to spend evenings and weekends caring for clients.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Assistance - help clients with day-to-day activities (meals, cleaning, grooming, etc.).
• Companionship - engage clients in activities and accompany them to events.
• Community Building - communicate with family and staff to ensure Safe living situations.
