Job summary

Kittitas Interactive seeks a Support & Recovery Advocate to provide in-home living support to clients with IDD, helping them grow personally and follow Treatment Plans to exit the CP program. Shifts include full-time and part-time, with paid training provided.

The role requires cooperation with therapists, medication administration (as applicable), and coordination with community services to promote client independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear criminal background check required before unsupervised work with clients.
• Valid driver's license or State ID.
• Effective communication including listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Ability to encourage introspection, connection, and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients' daily activities and living conditions to ensure health and safety.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments or arrange transportation.
• Complete forms, reports, and data sheets for caseload.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity thoroughly.
• Assist clients with emotional and behavioral regulation as per plans.
• Follow therapist plans and help clients graduate from CP Program.
• Assist with client money management and petty cash handling.
• Communicate with medical offices, pharmacies, and nurse delegator for medications.
