Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Support & Recovery Advocate to provide in-home living support to KIM clients with IDD, helping them progress under therapist plans toward independence. The role includes full-time and part-time shifts with paid training, and a starting pay of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities cover supervision, transportation, documentation, program coordination, and medication-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (required).
• Experience in supporting living for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and clear background check.
• Valid driver’s license or State ID required.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients’ daily activities and living conditions to ensure health and safety.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments or arrange transportation.
• Complete forms, reports, and data sheets for caseload.
• Coordinate individualized programs and document activity.
• Help clients with emotional and behavioral regulation per plans.
• Follow therapist’s Treatment Plan toward CP graduation.
• Assist with client money management, including petty cash and receipts.
• Coordinate with medical offices, pharmacies, and nurse delegator for meds/appointments.
• Administer medications and document activity (if applicable).
• All training for this position is paid by KIM.
