Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience in the medical or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Background checks (FBI) and CRS check will be required.
• Current tuberculosis test with negative result.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in achieving independence and daily living skills.
• Maintain health and safety in home and community.
