Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home outpatient therapy in Chicopee, MA. The role is part-time (15 hours/week) with weekdays scheduling, delivering services primarily in patients' homes or in living facilities.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and related communication disorders, collaborating with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes. The position offers a flexible schedule with patient-centered care in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in in-home settings for older adults.
• Coordinate care in the home and community with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate and treat speech-language pathology needs including cognitive-communication, swallowing, memory, and functional communication.
