Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across a broad network in the Beverly area.

This role offers a part-time schedule (32 hours/week) with no evenings or weekends, and the autonomy to manage your visits while supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate and treat patients at home, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and coordinate care with physicians and nurses, with travel

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Two years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Speech Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech-language and swallowing therapy in the home.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and nurses to ensure seamless transition to outpatient services as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, progress, and care coordination activities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support safe, patient-centered care.
