Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for adults.
• Administer speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and physicians.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and plan of care.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support staff when applicable.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed for therapy.
• Promote safety and infection control in the home setting.
