Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages on a per-diem, flexible hours basis.

You will assess communication and swallowing disorders, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team while maintaining progress notes in our EMR system. A Massachusetts license and Master's degree are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
