Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across need-based territories. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions for clients of all ages in their homes, focusing on communication and safe swallowing.

This is a per-diem, flexible-hours role with a nurse-led team. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; home health preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
