Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across all ages. This per-diem, flexible hours role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays, helping improve communication and safe swallowing.

Responsibilities include creating personalized plans, treating speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and collaborating with families and care teams.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Massachusetts SLP license required.
Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Document progress in EMR system.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.
Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.

Skills

Active Massachusetts license as SLP

CCC-SLP (preferred)

1+ years home health experience

Reliable transportation
