Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role with mileage reimbursement and weekly pay.

You will help patients recover communication and swallowing abilities, collaborating with families and the care team in a nurse-led, supportive environment. Requirements include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, MA license as an SLP, 1+ year home health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
