Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role, supporting patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Massachusetts licensure as SLP required.
CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
1+ years' home health experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Document progress in EMR.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team.
Educate families on exercises and strategies.
