Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages. This is a Per-Diem, flexible hours role.

You'll support patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by helping them regain their ability to communicate and swallow safely. In this position you will provide in-home therapy, create care plans, document progress in our EMR, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years of home health experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in our secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
