Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for clients of all ages in Massachusetts. This per-diem, flexible-hours role supports patients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays by improving communication and safe swallowing.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Massachusetts license; 1+ years’ home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
