Job summary

Bronson Healthcare, through Bronson at Home, seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN home-care role in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients at home, delivering one-on-one therapy and education to patients and families.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA.

Responsibilities

Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Deliver skilled therapy services in the home setting.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises.
Establish functional baselines and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
