Job summary

Concept Rehab in Woodhaven, MI, is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The clinician will provide evaluations and treatments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing concerns on a flexible PRN basis.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with Michigan licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan SLP licensure or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
• Help patients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
