Job summary

Bronson at Home seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team on a PRN basis in Michigan. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting, delivering patient-centered care and education to families.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a current Michigan license, CCC through ASHA, and a valid driver's license. Prior home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan SLP license in good standing.
• CCC through ASHA.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver home-based therapy.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and program development.
