Well Care Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care in patients’ homes across pediatric to geriatric populations. The role emphasizes education for patients and families, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to agency policies.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed in NC/SC, and have CPR certification, with CFY/CCC eligibility encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Licensure in NC/SC; CPR certification.
• ASHA CCC eligibility or CFY year eligibility.
• Graduate practicums in medical settings are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, interpret, plan, implement and evaluate patients by age and diagnosis.
• Assist with program development and operations within the discipline.
• Communicate and document information per agency policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain schedule to optimize agency performance.
• Demonstrate commitment to the agency's mission and values.
