Job summary

Well Care Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide in-home care across neonatal to geriatric populations in North Carolina. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality service.

A valid NC driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. The role requires adherence to agency policies, documentation, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in NC/SC with CCC from ASHA or eligible for CFY.
• Graduate practicums in medical settings; prefer one year experience.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and speech procedures.
• Ability to position and transfer patients safely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate patients according to age and diagnosis.
• Assist with program development and discipline-specific operations.
• Communicate and document information per agency policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to program effectiveness.
• Organize and perform work efficiently.
• Maintain and adjust schedule to optimize agency performance.
