Job summary

Elite Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes across Florida, adhering to physician orders and plan of care. You will evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders, implement therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.

The role requires Florida SLP licensure, CCC-SLP (preferred), CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license for travel within assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current/state SLP licensure in good standing required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• CCC-SLP preferred, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech therapy in home health per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on goals, strategies, and safety precautions.
• Complete timely documentation and comply with Medicare/state regulations.
