Elite Home Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patients' homes across Florida. You will evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to improve safety and independence.

The role emphasizes autonomy, professional standards, and compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in speech therapy; home health preferred.
• CPR certification and ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations of speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
• Develop and update individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in patients’ homes per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with the care team.
