Job summary

Elite Home Health Group INC in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled in-home therapy under physician orders, evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in speech therapy; home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and reassess progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families about therapy goals and strategies.
