Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists for in-home and senior living settings in Morehead City and surrounding NC communities. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in private residences or living communities, with an emphasis on aging in place.

Role offers autonomy to manage your own schedule, potential telehealth components, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in EMR according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
