Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and senior living care in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. You will conduct evaluations, create care plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to older adults, promoting independence and quality of life.

The role supports telehealth/virtual care, offering flexible scheduling and ongoing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to extend access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CPR certification current.
• CCC-SLP certification current (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP services to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy.
• Document sessions in EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
