Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Colorado seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to adult clients in Lakewood and Westminster.

A master's or doctoral degree, ASHA certification or Praxis, Colorado SLP license, CPR, a driver's license, and 1 year of experience preferred are required. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
