Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to adult clients in Lakewood and Westminster, CO. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling and competitive pay per routine visit, with SOC visits available and weekly pay to support work-life balance.

Requirements include a master's or doctoral degree in SLP, CO SLP license (ASHA or PRAXIS with CF/Externship), CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification or PRAXIS with CF/Externship; CO SLP license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
