Amazing Care in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (0–18). You will deliver goal-driven therapy to support communication, feeding, and swallowing in the child’s natural environment.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Colorado licensure, ASHA certification or PRAXIS/CF, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology required for licensure in CO.
• Colorado SLP license required or in process with supervision.
• ASHA Certification or passing PRAXIS/CF required or in CF/externship.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing.
• Educate and train families and caregivers to support therapy carryover.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
