Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (0-18) in Lakewood, CO. You will deliver goal-driven therapy to support communication, feeding, and swallowing in the child’s natural environment.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Colorado licensure and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP).
• ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship.
• Colorado SLP license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing.
• Educate and train families and caregivers to support therapy carryover.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
