Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients (0–18) in Lakewood, CO. You will deliver goal-driven therapy to support communication, feeding, and swallowing in the child's natural environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• ASHA Certification or PRAXIS exam with Clinical Fellow/Externship
• Colorado SLP License and CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding and swallowing
• Educate and train families and caregivers for carryover of therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with home health regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
