KidsCare Home Health is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in patients' homes across Colorado. You will assess, design, and implement therapy plans; train families; and coordinate with care teams.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a therapist-led organization. Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with receptive and expressive language skills, speech fluency, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress, home programs, and other issues.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services including other professionals, agencies, and resources as appropriate.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Responsible for the maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Attend internal and external education functions and participate in QA programs.
• Participate in Continuing Education activities and expand scope of service.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productivity.
• Collaborate with others through knowledge and skills sharing.
• Mentor students and new hires.
