Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc. is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home, community-based therapy across Lakewood, NJ and surrounding areas. The role requires NJ licensure and at least 1 year of outpatient/home health experience.

You will create personalized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve clients' communication and swallowing skills. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits through Fellowship

Responsibilities

• Educate and support clients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
