Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Bartlett, TN is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in homes and senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes for older adults.

You may incorporate telehealth, collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and contribute to a clinician-driven culture that supports growth and professional fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathology license in Tennessee or eligibility.
• Graduate in an accredited SLP program.
• Current CPR certification and EMR proficiency.
• ASHA CCC preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes, senior living communities, or related settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX's EMR system and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
