Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care in Chattanooga, TN. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy while maintaining your own flexible schedule and building lasting patient relationships.

Clinicians may use telehealth as needed, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in comprehensive benefits. A meaningful role focused on geriatric care and patient outcomes awaits.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in the state of practice (Tennessee preferred).
• CCC certification from ASHA or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• CPR certification valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP services to older adults in-home or in senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy to support wellness, longevity, mobility and independence.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote aging in place.
